Arlen Tool Group is currently looking to fill an open position for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator with the following skills and attributes to our team.
- Full cycle purchasing from obtaining quotes, writing purchase orders to receiving into the ERP system.
- Prepare shipping paperwork including, but not limited to shippers and customs paperwork.
- Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Coordinate trucking needs and schedule.
- Manage Tooling Vending Machine, including ordering, restocking and inventory counts.
- Maintains records for all incoming deliveries; processes any invoices or bills of lading with shipments.
- Performs other shipping/receiving activities as assigned.
- Coordinating material certifications.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
- Dedicated and hardworking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Effective communication skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience purchasing experience in the mold industry is required.
- 3+ years experience in logistics, including proficiency in completing customs paperwork.
- Ability and willingness to work the necessary hours, including overtime and Saturday’s, when required.
- Strong computer skills (Windows, ERP)

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour

Experience:
- mold industry purchasing: 5 years (preferred)
