Chicko Chicken is a popular Korean Fried Chicken franchise . We pride ourselves on our delicious, fresh, never frozen and made to order fried chicken. Our chicken is prepared daily and flavoured with authentic, Korean sauces and powders.
Pay: $18 per hour + tips
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all disciplines of the businesss
- Hiring, onboarding, training and managing a knowledgeable, efficient and respectful team.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards and managing inventory
- Prep, cut, marinade, and portion raw chicken along with other raw ingredients and vegetables
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly using POS systems
- Manage customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
- Take down phone orders and accurately input customer orders into the in-store POS system
- Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans and utensils with speed and efficiency
- · Taking ownership in the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant at all times; customer-facing areas (ordering counter, seating areas, washrooms), as well as, kitchen, fridges, freezers, food prep and equipment areas.
Requirements
- FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY
- At least two year of management experience working in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Must be comfortable wielding a knife and confident to cut chicken along with other raw ingredient prep
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, while managing multiple tasks at once
- Familiarity with POS systems, taking UberEats/ DoorDash/SkipTheDishes delivery orders
- Excellent customer service skills and possess a friendly attitude and willingness to learn, take feedback, criticism and improve.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
