Experienced Landscaper / Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Landscaper / Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong equipment operating experience, the ability to complete landscape installations with minimal supervision, and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 Driver's License
- Minimum 1,000 hours of skid steer operating experience
- Minimum 250 hours of mini excavator operating experience
- Minimum 250 hours of stand-on mini skid steer operating experience
- Ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Strong understanding of site grading and drainage principles
- Ability to read grades and work accurately using laser levels
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of landscape construction projects, including:
- Site preparation, grading, and final grading
- Installing grade stakes and verifying elevations
- Raking and leveling surfaces
- Installing lawn edging
- Installing paver patios, walkways, and hardscape features
- Constructing retaining walls, including projects requiring precise elevations and complex cuts
- Operating skid steers, mini excavators, and stand-on mini skid steers safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and project specifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with basic carpentry related to landscape construction is considered an asset, including:
- Fence installation
- Deck construction
- Timber landscape structures and retaining walls
