Job Description:
In this dynamic, in-office role, you will wear multiple hats to ensure smooth operations across purchasing & logistics. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to maintain efficiency, streamline processes, and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing:
- Source and order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed through PO's
- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate pricing and delivery timelines.
- Deal with shipment discrepancies
- Track and maintain inventory levels working with the warehouse to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Shipping & Logistics:
- Measure and design inner and outer dimensions for crates of product to meet packaging specification requirements
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Work with carriers to schedule pickups, monitor deliveries, and resolve shipping issues.
- Prepare documentation requirements for customs clearance as needed.
- Scheduling:
- Do the production scheduling
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in purchasing, shipping/logistics, and/or office management roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); experience with inventory or shipping management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
