Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Experience in hospitality, hotel cleaning, or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all surfaces are spotless
- Perform industrial or custodial cleaning tasks as required in different environments
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
- Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards and confidentiality
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior experience with industrial cleaning is a plus
- Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
