Experienced Interior Painting Subcontractor Wanted
Modern Touch Painting is looking for a reliable and skilled painting subcontractor to assist with residential interior painting projects throughout the GTA and York Region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience
- Able to produce clean cut lines and high-quality finishes
- Skilled at various preperation techniques including sanding, caulking, patching.
- Experience with spraying trim, doors, cabinets, and fine finish work is an asset
- Own transportation and basic painting tools
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- WSIB and liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be registered for GST / HST as all of our outgoing payments are made by invoices.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Own Tools is an Asset
Typical Work Includes:
- Interior wall and ceiling painting
- Trim, door, and casing painting
- Cabinet refinishing projects
- Surface preparation, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
