Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to recipes and customer specifications
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service, preferably with grill or kitchen experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking, and serving hot dishes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience with food service or restaurant operations is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
