Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines

- Support kitchen operations by handling food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and ingredient assembly

- Follow all safety procedures related to knife skills, equipment use, and food storage practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or catering environments is highly desirable

- Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus
