Guest Services Coordinator
Full Time, Year-Round
The Role
At Whistler Platinum, the guest experience doesn't start at check-in; it starts the moment someone reaches out. As our Guest Services Coordinator, you'll own both ends of that journey: converting inquiries into bookings and turning arrivals into memories.
This is a agile role that moves fluidly between pre-arrival coordination and in-resort guest support. If you're equally comfortable closing a booking and calming a frustrated guest, this role was built for you.
