Job Description:
InspireClean is hiring experienced residential cleaners across Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo — and surrounding areas including Cambridge and Elmira.
We're a women-owned professional cleaning company serving 20+ cities across Southern Ontario. We're growing our Guelph/KW team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who are serious about consistent work and professional standards.

Types of cleans you'll be assigned:
- Regular house cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly recurring clients)
- Deep cleans (top-to-bottom detailed cleans for new and existing clients)
- Move-in / move-out cleans (vacant properties, high attention to detail)
- Post-renovation cleans (dust, debris, detailed surface work)
- One-time cleans (special occasions, seasonal refreshes)

What we expect: We work with clients who count on us — so we need associates who count on us too. This role requires:
- 48-hour booking confirmation — you'll confirm all upcoming shifts 48 hours in advance
- Morning of check-in — a quick confirmation the morning of each shift
- Consistent availability — last-minute cancellations and no-shows are not acceptable and will result in contract review
- Professional conduct and respectful communication with our office team at all times

New associates are typically assigned an initial booking before being added to our regular rotation. Continued assignments are based on performance, reliability, and fit with our team standards. We invest in associates who show up — and we reward them with consistent hours and preferred scheduling.
