Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Breakfast Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires attention to food safety standards, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently during busy morning hours. The Breakfast Line Cook will contribute to delivering a high-quality dining experience for our guests by ensuring all breakfast offerings are prepared fresh, timely, and to our established standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
- Ensure all food is handled in accordance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area before, during, and after service
- Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work morning shifts, including weekends if needed
- Passion for delivering quality breakfast dishes and providing excellent customer service
Pay: $16.20-$19.51 per hour
