Overview
Jacob's Crystal Clear Window Cleaning Inc. is an award-winning, family-owned company serving London and surrounding areas since 2009. We're looking for an Experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who has previously worked for a professional window cleaning company and can produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants without professional window cleaning experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
- Clean glass, frames, tracks, screens, and sills to a streak-free, professional finish.
- Safely use ladders and water-fed pole systems to clean windows up to 50 feet.
- Perform gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, pressure washing, and soft washing.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our 5-star quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and leave every job site spotless.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing our company.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of professional window cleaning experience with a window cleaning company.
- Experience using traditional window cleaning tools (squeegee, mop, scraper) and/or water-fed pole systems.
- Comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders safely.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Assets
- Experience with gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or exterior property maintenance.
- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
