Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage employee training schedules

Required Experience
5+ years in manufacturing
2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
2+ years in a fiberglass production environment
Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement tools
Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
