Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Santé Clinic
Santé Naturopathic Clinic is a modern, multidisciplinary wellness and medical aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver. Our mission is to provide exceptional, evidence informed, patient centered care through an integrative approach that combines naturopathic medicine, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, IV therapy, functional medicine, and advanced medical aesthetics.
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team as an independent contractor. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and provide individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and health goals.
- Deliver high quality therapeutic massage treatments for a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, pregnancy related discomfort, stress management, and rehabilitation.
- Additional certifications or training in specialized treatment techniques, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), myofascial release, TMJ treatment, cupping, or other therapeutic modalities are considered strong assets but are not required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and complete patient records in accordance with CCHPBC standards and clinic policies.
- Educate patients on home care strategies including stretching, mobility exercises, ergonomics, and injury prevention to maximize treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to provide coordinated, integrative patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Provide an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, compassion, and excellent communication.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to remain current with evidence based treatment approaches.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, manual therapy, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, compassionate, and patient focused.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Experience treating prenatal patients, athletes, chronic pain conditions, or rehabilitation cases is considered an asset.
