Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively serve diverse communities.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective clients within assigned territories
- Present and demonstrate products or services clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Engage in business development activities to expand the customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company branding standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, including B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and inside sales strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets
- Proficiency with technology tools such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Business development mindset with a proactive approach to generating new leads
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred but not mandatory
