Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Nova Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Moncton. We are looking for a dependable, safety‑minded individual with strong equipment experience. Forklift experience is a must for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and workflow management
- Support, train, and provide guidance to warehouse team members
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous forklift operating experience is required
- Prior supervisory, lead hand, or team leadership experience is required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
