Summary
We are seeking a skilled Crack Repair Technician to join our team in Moncton. In this role, you will be essential in restoring and maintaining the integrity of our clients' basements, contributing to our mission of creating dry, safe living spaces. We offer weekends off!
Responsibilities
- Assess and identify cracks and damage in basement structures.
- Prepare surfaces using power and hand tools for effective repair.
- Operate machinery safely when required.
- Apply waterproofing materials and crack repair techniques with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Document repair processes and report progress to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with construction or repair work, especially related to basement or structural repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Prior experience in waterproofing or crack repair is a plus.
- Must have a valid NB drivers license
- Must be willing to submit both a Drivers Abstract and Criminal Record Check
