Martino Brothers has been repairing vehicles in the Toronto area since 1955. As part of the CSN Collision network, we deliver manufacturer-standard repairs backed by nearly 70 years of family ownership — and we're ready to grow our commercial book of business. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a driven, self-starting sales professional to bring in fleet, dealership, leasing, and insurance-referred work. You'll have a trusted, certified shop behind every pitch — your job is to open doors and build relationships that turn into repair volume.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new B2B accounts: fleet operators, car dealerships, leasing and rental companies, brokers, and property managers with vehicle fleets
- Manage your accounts end-to-end: onboarding, service expectations, and ongoing check-ins to keep the work flowing
- Work directly with ownership — no layers of management between you and a yes
What You Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience — automotive, collision, insurance, or fleet industry experience is a strong asset
- An existing network in the GTA automotive space (dealerships, fleets, insurance) is a major plus
- Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and long-cycle relationship building
- Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy presence — you're the face of a 70-year-old family business
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle
