Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of store management. This role involves overseeing daily bar activities, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to promote business growth.
Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve performance goals
- Oversee daily bar operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
- Manage payroll, cash handling, with accuracy and integrity
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide ongoing training & development opportunities
- Monitor store performance through sales analysis, budgeting, and organizational assessments
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations while fostering a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Merchandising software, and basic math for pricing and bookkeeping tasks
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and staff scheduling
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales management techniques
- Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and administrative responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of store activities
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay: $52,917.55-$136,041.31 per year
