Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment with weekend and week day availability.

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet our quality standards before serving.
Assist with meal preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with clearing tables after guests finish their meals.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Utilize the POS system for tracking orders and communicating with the kitchen staff effectively.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or special requests promptly.
Adhere to a strict allergy procedure.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and tracking.
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Experience in cashiering is a plus, enhancing overall service efficiency.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in guest services within hotel or restaurant settings is preferred.
A passion for food service and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
