Mover/driver salaries in Alberta

A valid driver’s license + clean driving record. Bonus: Class 3 license (but not a dealbreaker). A friendly smile and a knack for customer service.

$23–$27 an hour

No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years. Experience driving and operating 5-ton trucks. Lead a small team of movers on-site.

$19–$26 an hour

Must have the ability to listen and take instruction from driver/trainer regarding customer service, moving/packing strategies and moving/packing techniques.

Experience driving and operating 5-ton trucks. Load and unload residential and commercial moves efficiently. Casual dress and company events.

$19–$25 an hour

Valid Canadian driver's license and good driving record. Top performers are often rewarded with cash gratuity from their happy customers.

$21–$25 an hour

Valid full Class 5 driver’s license, no GDL, and clean driver’s abstract required (no suspensions or violations). Commercial driving: 5 years (preferred).

$20–$27 an hour
