We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Product Development Technologist, Vice President to join our global Digital and Analytics audit team. To succeed in this role, you need to have a deep understanding of building consistent, relevant and impactful data products, data solutions and visualizations for Corporate Audit by leveraging best-in-class, enterprise grade tools.
This is a senior individual‑contributor role where you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that balance cutting-edge innovation with operational rigor and simplicity. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, align technology investments with business priorities, and build capabilities that strengthen organizational resilience. Your leadership will ensure that teams not only deliver on day-to-day commitments but also continuously evolve to meet emerging challenges and opportunities.

Work with a globally distributed team, fostering deep collaboration across infrastructure, security, application, and business audit functions to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide solutions.

Define and oversee the development of technical architectures and specifications for complex, large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise security, architecture, and regulatory standards.

Establish and drive multi-year data product roadmaps, prioritizing investments and leading the delivery of capabilities that transform the auditor experience and enhance audit effectiveness at scale.

Set and enforce enterprise development standards, influencing design decisions across the product lifecycle to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Govern engineering excellence by instituting rigorous design and code review practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational and regulatory expectations.

Build and lead cross-functional partnerships with data scientists, data engineers, and technology teams to deliver advanced data solutions within the Corporate Audit data ecosystem.

Drive the global execution of analytics-driven and automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while maximizing business value and operational impact.

Champion the advancement of data visualization, quantitative analytics, and insight generation capabilities to strengthen risk identification and decision-making across audit.

Cultivate and influence senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations, including executive leadership within IT, to align priorities, secure investment, and drive adoption of data products.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; graduate-level education (e.g., Master’s, MBA) preferred, with a focus on data, analytics, or digital transformation.

Extensive experience in the banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries, with a strong understanding of regulatory expectations, risk management frameworks, and audit or control environments.

Deep expertise in cloud platforms and modern data architectures, including Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and related ecosystem tools, with demonstrated experience driving cloud-native data strategies at scale.

Proven track record leading enterprise data and analytics initiatives, including large-scale data platforms, data modernization, and advanced analytics capabilities across distributed environments.

Strong knowledge of big data technologies and large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Cloudera) and experience overseeing complex data warehousing, data lake, and lakehouse implementations.

Broad technical fluency across modern development stacks, including Python and related frameworks (e.g., Flask), as well as front-end and service-based architectures (e.g., React, Node.js), with the ability to guide architectural decisions without requiring hands-on coding.

Extensive experience working with large, complex data environments, including both OLTP and OLAP systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata), and an understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and data governance principles.

Demonstrated leadership in driving data governance, data quality, and data security practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience with cross-functional teams and influencing enterprise-wide adoption of data products, including collaboration with technology, audit, risk, and business stakeholders.

Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, generative AI, agentic AI, and their practical application within data platforms and audit or risk use cases.
