Build Something Extraordinary
Some leadership opportunities only come along once in a career.
This is one of them.
Elements Dental is seeking an exceptional Director of Clinic Operations to become the operational leader of one of Canada's most progressive holistic dental practices.
This is not a Clinic Manager position.
This is an executive leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building outstanding teams, developing leaders, improving systems, creating exceptional patient experiences, and helping an already successful organization reach its next level.
Working in partnership with our Clinic Director, Dr. Ray Chow, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a growing multidisciplinary practice of approximately 40 team members while helping shape the future of biological, biocompatible, evidence-informed dentistry in Canada.
About Elements Dental
Most dental practices focus on teeth.
At Elements Dental, we believe exceptional dental care begins with caring for the whole person.
For nearly three decades, Dr. Ray Chow has been building something truly unique. Today, Elements Dental is recognized as one of Canada's leading holistic dental practices, bringing together biological, biocompatible, evidence-informed dentistry with a compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
We recognize that oral health is deeply connected to overall health. Every treatment recommendation considers the whole person, not simply the condition of an individual tooth. We take the time to understand each patient's health history, educate them on their options, and develop treatment plans that support their long-term health and wellbeing.
What truly sets Elements Dental apart is our commitment to comprehensive care. By bringing an exceptional team of dental professionals together under one roof, we provide coordinated care that remains connected from beginning to end.
- One team.

How to Apply (Read This Carefully)
We do things a little differently... on purpose.
To apply, please submit one complete PDF that includes both:
- Your résumé.
- Your cover letter.
Your cover letter must include the words "Purple Monkeys."
Why? Because attention to detail matters in this role. We want to see how you communicate, follow instructions, and present yourself when no one is standing over your shoulder.
In your cover letter, please also tell us:
- Why this opportunity interests you.
- How you build accountability within a team.
- A leadership accomplishment that you're particularly proud of.
Applications submitted without a cover letter, without the words "Purple Monkeys," or as separate files rather than one complete PDF will not be considered.
We promise this isn't a trick. It's simply a practical way for us to identify candidates who are organized, pay attention to detail, communicate effectively, and follow instructions... all essential qualities for a Director of Clinic Operations.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
