The Moncton Distribution Centre plays a critical role within the Scotia Tire network due to the scale of its commercial truck tire operations and the complexity of its daily logistics and customer fulfillment requirements.

Role Purpose

The Distribution Centre Manager – Moncton is accountable for the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the Moncton Distribution Centre.

This role carries expanded operational responsibility due to the scale of the commercial truck tire division and the volume of activity within the facility.

The Manager leads a structured leadership team that includes:

Commercial Supervisor (Commercial Truck Division) PLT Supervisor / Assistant Manager (Passenger & Light Truck Operations)

The DC Manager ensures alignment between both divisions while maintaining consistent operational standards, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and service performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, communication, and accountability across all departments within the DC.

Success in this role means the facility operates safely, efficiently, and consistently without daily executive involvement.

Core Responsibilities:

- Distribution centre operations and execution

- Commercial division oversight

- Inventory control

- Staff management and leadership

- Safety and compliance

- Communication and operational coordination

-Continous improvement processes and discipline
