Full job description

The Driving Force Group of Companies is a network of world-class transportation and fleet management solutions companies. This is a temporary 12-month position with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

Handle reservations, quotes (per CRM-negotiated rates), and general customer/vendor inquiries
Clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to customers
Coordinate with Rental branches to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and pickups
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships
Match customers with suitable vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
Resolve service issues promptly and anticipate customer needs through proactive follow-ups
Stay informed on updates to rental products, services, and policies
Generate reports for corporate clients, including invoices, utilization, comparisons, and scorecards

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (experience working as a Rental Consultant would be considered a strong asset)
Business Administration diploma is preferred
Problem solving and negotiating skills
Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
