Full job description

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food handling, managing customer interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
Assist with food handling, ensuring all safety and hygiene standards are met.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Support the waitstaff by refilling drinks, clearing plates, taking payment and assisting with other guest needs as required .

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
