Full job description

We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our growing team full-time in the Windsor area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for an individual with strong accounting and payroll experience, preferably within the automotive industry, with body shop and service department payroll experience considered a strong asset.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on time
Manage body shop and service department payroll functions
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end procedures
Support the Controller with daily accounting and administrative responsibilities
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
Help support overall office organization and workflow
Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

Previous accounting and payroll experience required
Experience with body shop and service payroll considered a strong asset
Strong reconciliation, organizational, and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience with DMS accounting software and Microsoft Office
Professional communication and teamwork skills

Position Details

Full-time position
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
