What you’ll do
As a Customer Success Representative, you will act as the voice of the company. You will be addressing live problems submitted by our customers via phone and email and guiding the client to see value in the platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer care, including customer inquiries, identifying upselling opportunities, troubleshooting, and delighting our customers by resolving their issues and needs in a timely and pleasant manner.
This is an entry-level position, so new graduates of university/college are encouraged to apply.
Your day will look like:
· Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team
· Develop sound product knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries
· Manage customer inbound and outbound inquiries in a timely manner.
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

· Experience in a customer-facing role (CSR, Call Center or face-to-face service experience an asset)
· Experience using a CRM/customer support desk
· Positively impacted client businesses in previous work/volunteer experience
· Bilingualism (English/French)
· A passion for working with and supporting Canadian small businesses
