**Line Cook/Prep Cook**

*Job Overview*

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen operations, ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality dishes. Your attention to detail and culinary skills will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

*Duties*

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef

- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to expedite orders during peak hours

- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies

- Contribute to menu planning and development as needed

*Qualifications*

- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques

- Familiarity with meal preparation and basic cooking methods

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
