As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building system operations. Key Responsibilities:
Water Treatment Oversight: Primary responsibility for managing, monitoring, and maintaining building water treatment systems.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine preventative maintenance (PM) calls and troubleshoot issues across various building systems.
HVAC Support: Respond to and assist with HVAC service calls, climate control adjustments, and system troubleshooting.
Job Shadowing & Cross-Training: Shadow experienced operators across different roles to learn facility-specific systems and expand operational capabilities.
General Facility Maintenance: Assist with basic repairs and maintenance in plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing as required.
Documentation: Utilize MS Office Suite to log maintenance activities, track system performance, and complete daily reports.
Education, Certifications & Experience:
Certification: Must possess a valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate/Ticket.
Experience: Open to recent graduates directly out of school, though prior hands-on work experience in a facilities environment is a strong asset.
Technical Literacy: Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and responding to tenant calls.
