Trinity Consultants Canada’s Water & Ecology team delivers environmental and scientific expertise for simple to complex projects across Canada. WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
In this role, you will:
- Work directly with Project Managers to create and track budgets and schedules
- Conduct project audits, manage schedules, review invoices, and manage financial data
- Support proposal development and finalize documents
- Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of the project management cycle
- Support project initiation and administrative maintenance of projects within third party and in-house software systems
THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in project management, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Ability to prepare and analyze project financial data and apply concepts of project cost management
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence are key attributes.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Effective and demonstrated communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, well organized, motivated, and self-managed.
