ATAC LAW is well known for its legal services in the areas of:

-Providing full legal service for Chinese speaking clients

-Family Law

-Commercial and Civil litigation

-Construction Law and Real Estate Development

-Commercial dispute resolution

-Administrative Tribunal work including RTB advocacy

We are looking for a lawyer to join our team who has a minimum of one year of litigation experience (in British Columbia) and can speak Mandarin. Solicitor experience is an asset, as many Chinese clients require both services. Family law experience is also an asset.

You job would be to work with new client files from beginning to end, and to assist the partners and associates of the firm with larger litigation cases. Our litigation cases are often against large national law firms. The successful candidate must have a high degree of legal skill and attention to detail. A book of business is considered a valuable asset, but not required (especially for more junior applicants).
