Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Pre‑Sales Solution Consultant is responsible for partnering with sales to understand customer challenges and design compelling ServiceNow solutions that demonstrate clear client business value. This role combines deep platform expertise with consultative sales skills that lead discovery sessions, build demos and proof-of-concepts, and guide prospects through the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities, understand client objectives, and shape overall deal strategy throughout the sales cycle.

Lead discovery workshops and technical interviews to uncover business requirements, current‑state processes, and pain points across IT and business stakeholders.

Translate customer requirements into ServiceNow architectures and solution designs aligned to best practices and product capabilities.

Design and deliver tailored, story‑driven product demonstrations that clearly articulate business outcomes, value, and Compugen’ s differentiators.

Scope and execute Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements, including configuration, data setup, and success criteria definition.

Provide subject‑matter expertise across ServiceNow workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.

Create and maintain pre‑sales assets such as demo environments, solution templates, and technical collateral with marketing and delivery teams.

Advise customers on implementation approaches, integrations, and roadmap planning while supporting smooth transition to delivery teams.

Support RFP/RFI responses, solution estimates, and technical sections of proposals.

Stay current on ServiceNow roadmap, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem or a similar enterprise SaaS platform.

Hands‑on ServiceNow experience (configuration and/or development) across one or more major workflows.

Strong understanding of ITIL‑aligned ITSM processes and familiarity with ITOM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB/CSDM, workflow automation, AI, and performance analytics.

Proven ability to run discovery sessions, map requirements, and design solutions addressing both business and technical needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a deal‑driven environment collaborating closely with sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with additional Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

Experience with ServiceNow domain separation, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server), and JavaScript scripting.

Background in consulting, professional services, or customer‑facing delivery supporting ServiceNow implementations.

Experience with value‑based selling, ROI modeling, and business case development for digital workflow transformation.
