Full job description

Le titulaire du poste de portier joue un rôle clé dans l’expérience des résidents. Il accueille chaleureusement les gens, les assiste lorsque nécessaire et veille à offrir un service courtois, professionnel et efficace. Par sa présence attentive et son sens du service, il contribue à créer une première impression positive tout en assurant un environnement sécuritaire et agréable.

Horaire de travail: Quart de travail de jour temps plein 84 heures / par deux semaines (7 quarts de 12 heures) de 18h à 18h. Dois être disposé à travailler un horaire de rotation qui inclue à l’occasion les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.

Salaire : $20/heure (basé sur expérience)

Description du poste :

Ouvrir la porte aux gens et les accueillir;
Diriger les gens et répondre aux questions;
Gérer les accès à la propriété et aux immeubles;
Interdire l’entrée aux intrus ou aux visiteurs indésirables;
Gérer les accès à la propriété et aux immeubles;
Visionner les caméras pour surveiller la propriété;
Suivre les protocoles établis par le syndicat;
Connaître et pouvoir communiquer la réglementation de l’immeuble au besoin;
Livrer les colis et livraisons;
Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe demandée par la gestion.

Qualifications requises:

Expérience de travail d’au moins 1 an dans un poste similaire ou en service à la clientèle;
Maitriser le français et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
S’adapter à la clientèle et assurer un service de qualité;
Capable de rester calme et travailler sous pression;
Autonomie et faire preuve d’initiative;
Capable de travailler en équipe et de démontrer de l’entraide;
Bonne attitude, honnêteté, calme, poli, patient, et flexible tout en étant diplomate;
Apparence soignée en tout temps;
Entregent et savoir communiquer clairement et de façon professionnelle avec les gens;
Suivre et respecter les directives et normes du Syndicat;
Haut niveau d’intégrité, de discrétion, et de confidentialité;
Capacité d’écoute, de compréhension, et être capable de répondre aux situations de manière appropriée;
Capable de faire plusieurs choses à la fois et de gérer son temps;
Très fiable;

The concierge plays a key role in the residents’ experience. They warmly welcome guests, assist them when necessary and ensure that service is courteous, professional and efficient. Through their attentive presence and commitment to service, they help create a positive first impression whilst ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

Working hours: Day shift, full-time, 84 hours per fortnight (7 x 12-hour shifts) from 6am to 6pm. Must be willing to work a rota that occasionally includes weekends and public holidays.

Salary: $20 per hour (based on experience)

Deny entry to intruders or unwanted visitors;

Follow the protocols established by the owners’ association;

Deliver packages and deliveries;
Carry out any other related tasks requested by management.

Required qualifications:

At least one year’s work experience in a similar role or in customer service;
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
Ability to adapt to customers and provide high-quality service;
Ability to remain calm and work under pressure;
Independence and ability to take initiative;
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a spirit of cooperation;
Positive attitude, honesty, calmness, politeness, patience and flexibility, whilst remaining diplomatic;
Well-groomed appearance at all times;
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with people;
Follow and adhere to the Syndicate’s guidelines and standards.
High standards of integrity, discretion and confidentiality;
Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately to situations;
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
Highly reliable;
Comfortable using IT tools and smartphones.
