We are seeking a motivated co-op student to join our Technology & Infrastructure team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day cloud and infrastructure operations, including monitoring, reporting, and automation activities.
The successful candidate will assist with cloud operations, governance, and cost tracking, while developing a foundational understanding of how enterprise cloud environments are managed. You will work closely with senior team members to support service reliability, performance, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
The role will also provide exposure to a range of operational areas, including cloud platforms, networks, and collaboration technologies such as meeting room audio/video systems. Responsibilities may include assisting with system monitoring, supporting incident management processes, and contributing to small improvement tasks.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in cloud technologies, a willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset. Basic knowledge of scripting, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure), or tools such as GitHub is considered an asset but not required.
This is a learning-focused role designed to provide practical experience in enterprise IT operations and cloud service management within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:

Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program such as computer science, engineering, business/commerce, or communications

Strong customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A team-player attitude with motivated, innovative, perceptive, adaptable, action-oriented, leadership capabilities

Microsoft office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and unified communications
The salary range for this position is $48 500,00 - $55 000,00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
