About the Role
We're looking for a driven, people-first Sales & Client Experience Specialist to join the Durham Autohaus team. This isn't a job for someone who wants to coast. It's for someone who wants to grow, earn, and build a real career in a fast-moving, premium automotive environment. You'll be the first impression our clients get and the reason they come back.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients in-person and by phone to understand their needs and recommend the right protection and enhancement packages
- Guide customers through our full range of services, including PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, anti-theft systems, remote starters, and more
- Build and maintain relationships that turn first-time clients into loyal advocates
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert interest into booked appointments
- Work closely with the shop team to ensure smooth handoffs and an exceptional client experience from start to finish
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets and take ownership of your personal performance numbers
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales experience is required. Automotive, retail, or service industry backgrounds are a strong asset
- A competitive mindset with a genuine desire to grow and earn
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Ability to learn our services and speak confidently about them to clients
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable. You show up, you follow through

Compensation
We built this compensation structure for someone who wants to be rewarded for their results, not just their hours.
- Competitive base salary plus commission on personal sales
- The more you sell, the more you make. There is real earning potential here for the right person
- Compensation structure is flexible and will be tailored to the right candidate
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
