System Integration & Bring Up
- Support engineers with hands on system integration and bring up, including:
- harness design and routing
- grounding, shielding, and basic isolation protection
- power up checks and fault identification
- Execution of formal system checkout and validation procedures prior to production release.
- Verify correct wiring, pin mapping, and basic system functionality
Production Readiness, Deployment & Escalation Support

- Participate in product and test design reviews with a focus on:
- testability at module and system level
- long term manufacturability
- configurability across product variants
- Identify design improvements that reduce downtime, false failures, changeover effort and support and maintenance load
Success Measures
- Test systems released to production with minimal post-release rework
- Reduced recurrence of issues traceable to system-level design weaknesses
- Faster and safer product/configuration changeovers
- High-quality, consistent documentation enabling reliable multi-shift operation
- Demonstrated reuse of system designs across multiple products
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
