We are looking for a Journeyman HET or Electrician Technician 2 Power for our Service Center in Calgary, AB Canada - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be based out of our Calgary, AB Canada service center and can expect to work in the field with local travel daily in your company vehicle
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment
Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle the repairs
You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

High School diploma/GED
Journeyman HET (off-Road) or Journeyman Electrician
Bilingual English and French (if you're in Montreal)
4-7 years of experience working on Cummings diesel power/natural gas generators, Mechanics or electricians and/or commercial, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
Valid driver’s license and Passport
Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
