Job Summary

B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE — Restaurants, Corporate & Agencies (Part-Time) 1933 Liquor Co. — Vancouver, BC $20–$22 per hour base + performance-based commission 15–30 hours per week — primarily daytime, weekdays

About 1933

1933 Liquor Co. is a boutique wine and liquor store with prohibition-era roots and a modern, tech-forward approach. We're expanding hard into the B2B channel — restaurants, corporate clients, agencies, and event partners — and we're looking for a hunter to drive that growth.

The Role

Your job is straightforward: find the right accounts, get in the door, and close. This is a field-heavy role with wide-open territory and real commission upside.

You'll spend most of your time on the ground — walking into restaurants, dropping in on corporate offices, meeting with agents and reps, and building relationships with event and hospitality decision-makers. The rest of your time is on the phone, on email, and managing your pipeline. You'll work directly with ownership on targets, pricing, and strategy.

What You'll Do

Build target account lists across Greater Vancouver — restaurants, corporate offices, agents and reps, event planners, hospitality groups, gifting clients
Cold visit, cold call, and cold email to open conversations
Set up tastings, presentations, and meetings with decision-makers
Build relationships with F&B managers, sommeliers, chefs, office managers, EAs, event coordinators, and hospitality buyers
Close new accounts and run them through onboarding
Manage your pipeline in our CRM and report weekly to ownership
Drive new accounts to sign up and place orders through our B2B website
Represent 1933 professionally at industry events, tastings, and trade gatherings

Who You Are

A real hunter — you close from cold
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, beverage, food service, or specialty retail
Polished and confident in front of restaurant owners, executives, and procurement
Self-directed — you plan your week and execute
Motivated by commission upside
Reliable transportation for field work across the Lower Mainland
19+ with a valid Serving It Right certificate (or able to obtain before start)
Comfortable with CRM, email, and basic sales tools
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Considered an Asset

Existing relationships with BC restaurants, hospitality groups, event companies, or corporate buyers
Wine, spirits, or specialty beverage product knowledge
WSET Level 2 or higher
Experience selling to F&B or corporate procurement
Background in events, catering, or hospitality
