This is a high-volume, performance-driven role focused on supporting dealership service and retention initiatives through inbound and outbound customer communication. Responsibilities include booking service appointments, executing structured call campaigns, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

What you bring:

Proven ability to work independently and stay focused in a role centered around phone-based communication throughout most of the workday
Comfort working in a target-driven environment where performance is measured through activity, efficiency, and results
A proactive and self-managed work style with the ability to organize your day, manage call flow, and follow through with minimal supervision
Confidence handling customer conversations and objections while maintaining a professional, personable, and positive approach
Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail when updating CRM systems and tracking customer interactions
Ability to balance structured processes with a natural and engaging phone presence
Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and other dealership or administrative software systems
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
Reliable and consistent work habits with the stamina to maintain energy and focus in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities include:

Maintain consistent daily call activity and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Conduct confident, professional conversations focused on booking appointments and advancing follow-up actions
Accurately update and maintain client records across multiple systems to ensure CRM data integrity
Work independently to manage call flow, follow-ups, and campaign priorities throughout the day
Adjust call strategies based on real-time results, feedback, and performance insights
