What You'll Be DoingOffice Leadership & Operations
You'll help create an organized, efficient, and engaging workplace by:
- Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Planning company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
- Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
- Monitoring office expenses, invoices, and budgets
- Acting as the primary point of contact for office-related matters
- Maintaining office policies, procedures, and best practices
- Supporting leadership with special projects and initiatives
- Creating a professional, positive, and productive work environment
Human Resources Partnership
You'll play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with RGA by:
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and interviews
- Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation programs
- Managing offboarding processes and conducting exit interviews
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of job descriptions
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinating payroll administration and benefits enrollment
- Drafting employment-related letters and correspondence
- Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Contributing to HR programs, policies, and strategic initiatives as the organization continues to grow
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Management, Human Resources, or a similar blended role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Working knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Occupational Health & Safety requirements
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Assets That Will Help You Stand Out
- CPHR designation or other HR certification
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Experience within fashion, consumer products, import/export, wholesale, or retail distribution environments
- Experience supporting teams across both Canada and the United States
