Where You’ll Add Value
The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with project management, creative oversight, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. How You’ll Make a Difference
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly regional marketing strategies aligned with occupancy, revenue, and brand objectives.
- Manage marketing initiatives across a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout Western Canada.
- Collaborate with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to identify opportunities and respond to market trends and property performance.
- Support new acquisitions, repositioning projects, capital improvements, and lease-up strategies through targeted marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all regional marketing materials and channels.
- Implement and lead creative development for campaigns, signage, brochures, social media, presentations, photography, and digital assets.
- Manage relationships with agencies and other external vendors to coordinate photography, videography, 3D tours, etc.
- Review and approve marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
4.Resident Engagement & Community Marketing
- Develop resident engagement strategies focused on retention, community building, and resident satisfaction.
- Support and coordinate resident events, charitable initiatives, partnerships, and local vendor collaborations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen community presence and enhance resident loyalty programs.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, conversion metrics, lead quality, and occupancy trends.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data to inform marketing decisions, improve efficiencies, and maximize ROI.
6. Budget Management
- Manage regional marketing budgets and track spending across campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure marketing investments align with performance objectives and business priorities.
The Expertise You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field.
5-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within real estate, property management, hospitality, or multi-location businesses.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and regional portfolios.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, Microsoft Office, and marketing analytics tools.
Experience with CRM systems, website CMS platforms, and property marketing tools and listing services is considered an asset.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed is required
Travel: valid driver’s license and a vehicle required.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
University or post-secondary education required, preferably in Marketing
Knowledge of Yardi and a CRM platform would be an asset but not required
Experience with internet listing site marketing is an asset
