As the Associate Director you will run the commission as a disciplined delivery program, with responsibility for integrated planning, schedule management, RAID control, milestone readiness, enterprise-engagement coordination, and day-to-day execution control across all workstreams.
Job Description

Manage the overall delivery plan and integrated schedule, ensuring alignment across all workstreams

Maintain and continuously update the integrated program schedule and detailed workplan

Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, workshops, and working sessions

Manage enterprise engagement logistics, ensuring outputs are captured and linked to workstreams

Maintain accurate and up-to-date action, issue, decision, and dependency registers

Prepare progress updates, milestone substantiation, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders

Coordinate program closeout, transition activities, and knowledge capture

Ensure delivery activities are aligned to practical pilots and active program opportunities

Provide structure and discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in PMO, program delivery, major capital projects, or consulting delivery
-
Degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related discipline from a recognized university
-
Strong expertise in schedule management, dependency tracking, and milestone planning
-
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex workstreams with multiple SMEs and stakeholders
-
Excellent documentation, reporting, and governance discipline
-
Experience supporting executive-level and sponsor-facing programs
