SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $44,400+

Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant .

B ONUS : Bonus at Target $4 ,884

Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees

LOCATION: Toronto Office, 5 days/week in office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are op erating e fficiently and effectively.

Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repairs for Labatt facilities, including working with external contractors when necessary.

Monitor and manage the inventory of all facility supplies and materials, ensuring they are available when needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facility inspections and maintenance activities.

Support the Facilities Manager in the development and implementation of long-term facility plans, including upgrades and improvements.

Print cheques and make the daily deposits to guarantee payments related to different areas from Labatt are paid on time.

Place various orders related to office supplies, business cards and other special requests.

Work as a backup in reception when necessary .

Support any requests related to guaranteeing security in the office – access cards (activation and deactivation), schedule security guards and manage HVAC and lights for special events .

Manage payments and pr ovide specific i nformation (payment dates, purchase orders numbers, et c ) for different vendors related to the office.

Work with procurement to set up vendors in the system and define payment terms.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience coordinating maintenance activities and working with external vendors or contractors preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with facilities or project management tools is an asset.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
