Overview
Nous recherchons un serveur et/ou un barman bilingue, aimable et professionnel pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique dans un bar-restaurant animé et rapide.

We are seeking a bilingual, friendly and professional Server and/or Bartender to join our dynamic team at a busy, fast pace bar - restaurant.

Duties

Prendre et servir les commandes avec précision à l'aide du système de caisse. Préparer et servir les boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées dans le respect des normes d'hygiène. Offrir un service client exceptionnel pour garantir une expérience culinaire positive. Gérer les transactions avec précision. Maintenir la propreté et le respect des normes d'hygiène alimentaire au bar et dans la salle à manger. Réapprovisionner les stocks et participer aux tâches de manipulation des aliments. Gérer efficacement son temps aux heures de pointe pour servir les clients rapidement. Garantir le respect des réglementations en matière d'hygiène alimentaire et des procédures de manipulation des aliments. Accueillir les clients avec convivialité, leur proposer des suggestions de plats et répondre à leurs questions.

Take and serve orders accurately using POS systems
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
Handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bar and dining areas
Restock supplies as needed and assist with food handling tasks
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve guests promptly
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering menu recommendations and addressing any concerns

Experience

Une expérience préalable en restauration est souhaitée, notamment en service ou au bar.

Maîtrise des systèmes de caisse enregistreuse.

Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tables simultanément.

Connaissance des normes d'hygiène alimentaire et des techniques de manipulation des aliments. Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps pour prioriser les tâches lors des périodes d'affluence. Maîtrise des opérations de caisse, du rendu de monnaie et du calcul des additions.

Une expérience dans le secteur de la restauration ou de l'hôtellerie est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire ; une formation sera dispensée aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe.

Ce poste est idéal pour les personnes passionnées par l'hôtellerie-restauration qui aiment offrir une expérience client mémorable dans un environnement dynamique.

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills
Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus but not required; training will be provided for new team members

Pay: $43.00-$53.00 per hour
