Based at our Edmonton manufacturing plant, this role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering design and real-world production, where your work directly supports the delivery of complex, customized solutions.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams to translate technical requirements into practical applications, while also supporting production by addressing real-time challenges as they arise. This is an environment that values strong technical foundations, collaboration, and adaptability, and where learning is continuous.
Whether you are looking to deepen your expertise in electrical systems or to grow in a setting that combines design with hands-on problem solving, this role provides a structured path for development and meaningful exposure to projects that have a tangible impact.
What will you do

Design and deliver technical solutions for low-voltage electrical distribution equipment, including the development of schematics, layouts, and supporting system documentation.
-
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including single-line diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials, ensuring alignment with standards and project requirements.
-
Interpret customer specifications and technical requirements to support the development of practical and reliable solutions.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in close collaboration with manufacturing teams, contributing to problem-solving during equipment build and production.
-
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across design and production phases.
-
Support production by responding to technical questions and addressing challenges that arise during manufacturing.
-
Participate in technical reviews, project kick-offs, and production meetings, contributing to project execution and delivery.
-
Manage priorities and timelines to meet project deliverables and support overall execution.
What qualifications will make you successful?
