Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring the proper functioning of building systems, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple properties, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Lead and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a team-oriented environment with effective supervision and training.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, and installations using project management best practices.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to industrial maintenance and low voltage systems.
Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes within the facility.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Skills

Proven management and supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Mechanical knowledge with expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, low voltage wiring, and industrial maintenance.
Experience working with schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting PLCs.
Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams and report progress.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial maintenance operations.
Ability to lead by example while fostering a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. This role offers an opportunity for a motivated professional to lead our property maintenance efforts while ensuring operational excellence across our facilities.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
