Administrative Supervisor

Goodcang Canada Corp.(谷仓加拿大) is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Supervisor to lead our regional administration team, optimize our procurement pipelines, oversee regional warehouse construction/leasing projects, and ensure strict operational and regulatory compliance.
About This Position
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for coordinating regional warehouse expansion and leasing projects, integrating high-value procurement resources across regions (including large equipment, major assets, materials, and insurance), and auditing regional asset disposal. This role actively controls compliance operations, commodity and tax compliance inspections, external regulatory responses, and local government/public relations across our regional facilities.

Responsibilities
- Warehouse Expansion & Leasing: Oversee and coordinate the regional sourcing for new warehouse locations; lead property evaluation, commercial leasing negotiations, and comprehensive contract follow-up.
- Strategic Procurement & Supplier Audit: Lead the development, qualification, and regular auditing of bulk material suppliers and major construction vendors (including forklifts, industrial shelving, bulk packaging consumables, bulk electronic equipment, network/power engineering, and corporate insurance procurement). Manage and evaluate vendor performance KPI metrics.
- Operational & Facility Oversight: Coordinate regional execution and track the progress of workplace safety production, routine asset inventories, equipment maintenance, warehouse security systems, fire system overhauls, and network monitoring infrastructure. Record, analyze, and resolve operational abnormalities, driving continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance & Public Relations: Coordinate and maintain local government and public relations. Partner with global headquarters to execute localized commodity compliance inspections, tax compliance initiatives, and policy synchronization. Lead responses to external regulatory audits, infringement cases, and facilitate insurance or commodity resale policies to safeguard compliant operations.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate the regional administration department team and personnel to foster high performance and accountability.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of comprehensive management experience overseeing administrative, facilities, or procurement models within shipping/logistics distribution centers, manufacturing environments, or heavy supply chain operations.
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional administration within a fast-paced logistics framework.
- Core Competencies: Deep familiarity and proven success in commercial purchasing negotiations, high-value contract management, and corporate public relations.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and multi-regional coordination abilities. Strong critical thinking and crisis-response skills for handling regulatory bodies or legal/infringement matters.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing high-level vendor management with everyday team operations.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
