Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)
Location: Barrie, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 annually

Position Overview

Avery Human Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a valued client in Barrie. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in both English and French via phone and email.
Manage inbound customer and representative inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, returns, and account maintenance.
Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Communicate effectively to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer data and records.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
Follow established customer service procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is essential.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Professional, dependable, flexible, and motivated to succeed.
