Full job description

Position Summary:

Join our vibrant team as a Housekeeper! You'll be our cleanliness champion, keeping our club fabulous and ensuring our facility sparkles. Work with the Facilities Crew on maintenance and repairs (we'll train you), and support all club departments to keep everything looking top-notch. If you love teamwork and take pride in a pristine environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all facility spaces are cared for and inspected according to the high standards set by management
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing
Follow checklists of routine duties; inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, maintenance and set-up standards, as well as to verify status
Assist Member Services department with event set up and tear down, as required
Effectively communicate with the team members and Front Desk staff via 2-way radio in a timely manner
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace as required
Notify supervisor(s) of any facility damage, deficits or concerns
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and be aware of all company-related processes and practices
Additional duties as required

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to safely lift 40 lbs.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly; comfortable working in a public setting
Good communication skills; fluent in both spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests and employees; able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently
Walking and standing are required; housekeepers must be able to maintain a well-paced mobility to promptly reach other departments within the facility
Current work visa and SIN
